 My Information:
 Using libpurple library 2.0.2
 Using Pidgin 2.2.0
 Using Ubuntu 7.04 "Feisty Fawn"

 Recently, MSN Messenger has allowed people to appear offline and still
 send/receive messages. In Pidgin, whenever I receive a message from an
 offline contact I cannot reply; as Pidgin thinks the user is offline.

 Error:
 Cannot send message because the user is offline.
