Comment:

 That's correct. I actually got the message a few days ago and went back
 into the log and copied and pasted it from there into the ticket.
 Everything said immediately after and in the days following for that
 contact and all others has been logged, at least as far as I can tell, and
 there are timestamps in the log, but not in the chat windows anymore.
