 i have a utility that allows me to unlock a certain file that is in use by
 an app, and also tells me which app is using said file. icm32.dll in my
 \Windows\System32 directory is in use by pidgin, and only Pidgin. When I
 unlock it, which releases the file from Pidgins control, my Pidgin will
 crash in the same manner as listed above. Any ideas?
