 yes i see that too. Turns out if they have a buddy icon and you have a
 conversation open, and then they sign off, thus signing on as mobile form
 their phone if they have it set to do that automatically. the anomaly
 appears. If you start the conversation while they are mobile, the mobile
 icon is in the correct spot.
