 Adding two buddies in the same group does not work as expected.  Testing
 on AIM, it appears to show subsequent buddies added as offline but other
 unusual behavior can occur as well.

 The way I understand it is that the buddy list has a hashtable which
 stores hbuddy structures.   They are keyed by name, group, and account.
 However, the front end supports adding multiple buddies to the same group,
 which will cause obvious problems.
