 I sure can and this ticket will remind me to do it.

 This also relates to ticket #3571 which requests the docklet to notify of
 e-mail notification. Rather than add additional signals for showing/hiding
 e-mail notifications, error minidialogs, etc, all of which set the urgency
 hint on the blist, the docklet could just listen for notify events on the
 blist window (notifying that the urgency-hint property has changed) then
 query the blist state to determine what, if any, state it needs to reflect
 in the icon.

 In the 2.x timeline, the docklet ui_op implementations will have to each
 query this info themselves. In 3.x, the main gtkdocklet will query the
 blist and pass appropriate bit flags to the ui_ops implementation.
