 I've tried numerous times with both ICQ and AIM (Both oscar, I know, but
 it's for testing purposes) to send a SMS to various numbers. The SMS does
 not get sent, and I do not receive a message stating

 like I did with the previous version I used; 2.2.0 I believe.
