 When you associate a message to the 'available' status, it is saved, ands
 appears in the status list as saved away/do not disturb/... statuses, but
 without the 'floppy drive' icon. (in blist)
 However, these statuses do not appears in the 'saved statuses' dialog.

 When creating a new 'availabel' saved status from the 'new status' dialog,
 it does appears in the 'saved statuses' dialog, but not in the status list
 (in blist)

 Note: i'm using 2.3.0-dev (build on 11/14/2007) on windows.
