 Several times I have sent an IM to a person without realizing they had
 gone mobile. This seems like a logical extension of the Buddy State
 Notification plugin, and should be simple to implement.

 I may take a look at this myself, but I have a feeling it would take all
 of thirty seconds for someone familiar with the plugin code.
