 For overwritten files, we could add a 'Prompt before overwriting a file'
 preference (defaulted to TRUE) for the plugin, I suppose. But that'll have
 to happen in the next release. For now, I think overwriting would be OK,
 since the file will overwrite a file previously sent by the same user
 anyway.
