 As I said I am not at all sure pidgin is aware of input method
 changes/choices at all, nor am I sure it can be aware of them. The menu in
 question is created entirely by GTK+. Someone would need to determine if
 pidgin is already aware of input methods or could be made aware of them
 before it can even think of doing anything with them.
