 emilal, I just attached patch to 2.2.2 with your suggested fix, so other
 users can do the fix quickly.

 I've tested it and it works now.

 By the way, to me, talk.google.com points to 209.85.137.125.

 The receiving problem happened for all gtalk users without exceptions.
