 Have you manually added a buddy to bonjour or something?

 Unfortunately the Windows crash report doesn't contain useful debugging
 information in this case and the backtrace on linux doesn't include
 debugging symbols.

 If you can provide a backtrace with debug symbols (see [wiki:GetABacktrace
 the instructions]), that should narrow down why this is happening?
