 I mostly use Pidgin minimized to tray. While the new system for displaying
 authorization/connection/etc messages inside the contact list (introduced
 in MTN recently) is nice, this means I will have to check for new messages
 regularly or I risk having one of my accounts going offline without me
 noticing etc.

 Because of this, it would be nice to have the tray icon change, similar to
 the change when new messages are available.
