 I wish I could help in donating such a thing, but I can barely afford food
 (I'm a college student at RIT), and mine was a gift from my girlfriend.
 It looks like they're still selling new for 70 bucks, and the cheapest I
 saw on ebay / amazon was 50.  Perhaps we could get a pool of money
 together.  If 14 people each donated 5 bucks it wouldn't be such a burden
 to one person and you could get a new one from tigerdirect.  Any ideas how
 we could organize such a thing that people could donate to with paypal?  I
 could spare $5 if I knew a good plugin was going to be developed.
