 Confirmed on 2.3.0 on WinXPsp2
 Often I'm chatting with lot of my friends, at sometime, someone want to
 send a file to all of use.
 All the other can download the file in a few moments, I shold ask to send
 me by email... and is not a problem related to ADSL connection or
 provider, I tried different.
