 Attached is a sanitized copy of accounts.xml, as used by pidgin 2.3.0 on
 WinXP.
 The only changes I made to the file was to strip out the username and
 password.

 pidgin.exe was crashing at launch. To troubleshoot, I started by renaming
 the *.xml files in .purple one-at-a-time to see if I could get the app to
 start.

 Once I discovered that accounts.xml was causing issues, I opened it with a
 text editor and noticed that two (2) statuses were set to active='true'.
 Setting the custom status(type='tune') to 'false' allowed pidgin to start
 correctly.
