 Pidgin does not check that there is sufficient disk space for a file being
 transferred (tested over the AIM protocol).  It will also continue to
 transfer the file after the disk is full and notify both the send and the
 receiver that the file was transferred successfully.  It leaves a
 partially completed file on the computer with no way to resume it.

 Example to reproduce:
 Have a receiving computer with a download location with only 500mb free
 disk space.
 Have another person send a 1gb file.
