 Very good news!

 There is no much work to do to get it working, the patch only need a
 little clean up and a little work on the smiley manager's tree model (you
 know, make it cool, think actually it sucks =( )

 There is some mails on devel mailing list talking about a structure to
 custom emoticons IIRC Mauro is the one talking about that, maybe could be
 a good idea to combine efforts and get our work together.

 I will be working on this full time begining tomorrow (I have just
 finished my last exam).
