 Yeah, I mostly didn't apply this because I really don't like the send_raw
 interface we currently have. The patch as is can go in though, there's
 nothing wrong with it. I'm not sure I'll have time to get to it myself
 though so feel free Richard. That being said if the patch could be updated
 return some sort of error when the prpl can't be found or doesn't support
 raw sending that would likely be a good thing to add.
