 I started thinking about adding tooltips to groups as a result of this
 ticket, I think I'm going to try working on it this weekend (assuming I
 have time) if I can get that to work (and don't think it will break
 plugins using the drawing-tooltip signal) that will hopefully fix the
 group note display as well as provide some other useful features people
 have occasionally wanted.
