 When using Pidgin 2.2.1, I occasionally get buzzed from someone using the
 Yahoo! Messenger client and the buzz opens up in a new window or tab,
 depending on the setting. I don't have any plugins being used except for
 the Windows one, which I think is on by default. The other ticket based on
 this didn't help me so I kinda made a new one. Sorry if this is considered
 a duplicate.
