 I am now using Pidgin 2.2.1 for win32 and this issue is not resolved. I do
 not believe this is a duplicate of #104. The only thing that has changes
 is that pidgin will now report a timeout (for example when requesting user
 information). It still does not automatically reconnect to the silc
 server. A manual disconnect/connect cycle is still needed.
