 Are you using a UTF-8 locale? if you run "{{{gnome-open
 http://www.сватбата.com/}}}" or "{{{firefox -a firefox -remote
 OpenURL(http://www.сватбата.com/)}}}" from a terminal, does the correct
 URL open in firefox?
