 I looked up above and saw resolution fixed, yet I don't see any solution
 to this problem. I have this problem too, however I have traditional
 chinese contacts instead of simplified. I tried the listed above methods,
 none of them work. Although if I run msn, or yahoo, I can read all those
 characters fine. both my contacts are in yahoo/msn.
