 The infopane's tooltip seems like the natural place to go when looking for
 the full, non-truncated topic (the topic shown in the infopane itself gets
 cut off after a line) but right now, it doesn't contain any part of the
 topic. The only way to actually view the full topic is to use the /topic
 command, which is pretty unintuitive. The infopane's tooltip should be
 modified to contain the full topic of the chatroom/channel.
