 When message received on SSL channel, (certificate.c)
 '''x509_ca_lazy_init(void)''' is not called and .pem cerfificate files are
 not loaded. Thuse, every time is poped up dialig box for accepting the
 certificate.

 Is there an way authomaticaly to enable certificates? Why the message box
 is poped up from libpurple ?  I'm working on server component and this
 message box is unacceptable. This box should be moved from libpurple.
