 Assume scenario :

 From menu : Buddies->Show->Offline Buddies (option active, it will be
 deactivated)
 Also assume "show empty groups" to be inactive.

 At a later time : Buddies->Show->Offline Buddies (option inactive, will be
 activated).

 Groups which were not previously displayed (because all buddies were
 offline, thus the group whould have been considered empty) are now shown.
 However, buddy entries are shown half size.

 See attachement.

 Tested on win32, happenes every time. (may be pidgin generic, not only
 winpidgin)
