 If the Buddy List is open, clicking the tray icon closes it no matter
 what, even if it is unfocused. Clicking the tray icon should close the
 Buddy List ''only if'' it is focused, and should focus it and bring it to
 the front otherwise. This way, if the Buddy List is unfocused, I can be
 sure that a single click on the tray icon will focus it, regardless fo
 whether it is minimized or closed or simply hidden behind other windows.
