Comment:

 You can create any group name you want and manually sort your buddies in
 any way you want, you could also write a plugin which added an automatic
 Sort Buddies->By Account option if you wanted to (I started on one but
 never finished it). What do you mean "a way to indicate the account for
 each buddy"? The tooltip indicates which account that buddy belongs to,
 and the pidgin philosophy is that you shouldn't need to know things like
 that 90% of the time.

 I have no idea what you mean by "and also in the search box".
