 We don't "steal focus", we just don't *not* steal focus and the default
 behavior of Windows is to assign focus to new windows.  GTK+ didn't used
 to have a way to prevent this, but I just noticed that there is a new
 gtk_window_set_focus_on_map() function as of 2.6.0 that should do what we
 want it to.  I'll investigate to see if this'll help.
