Comment:

 (In [1d22d94af90b1e45912ef1b50960e676dd578f35]) Don't assign ownership of
 the CLIPBOARD to the IMHtml - it doesn't really own the data and then we
 don't have problems of overwriting what others put in the clipboard. Fixes
 #3616.
