 We don't have padding in the ui_ops for the docklet. I still think I can
 work around this for now. As long as we call the ui_op whenever the status
 of the e-mail notification changes, the ui implementation can query
 directly whether or not there is an e-mail notification showing.

 For the next major version, we can cleanup the ui_ops, switching to bit
 flags for docklet statuses outside of PurplePrimitiveStatus. We should
 also add a couple void pointers in for padding.

 (Related to this, I added new ui_ops in the next.minor branch for the
 docklet geometry stuff. I'll roll these back tonight and target them for
 the next major.)
