 So i open up an IM (aim), and when i backspace too much or when i
 backspace and there's nothing to delete, i get a system beep error (for
 nothing to delete, i guess). this didn't happen in 2.2.1. i have no system
 sounds set in windows. i have disabled sounds in pdigin.
