 In my opinion, this should still be considered valid ticket.  It's a
 change in the behavior of the application, it's not at all clear how
 control it, and it cannot be controlled through the UI.  The workaround
 mentioned does seem to work, but it's a little above and beyond what most
 people would consider normal application configuration steps.
