 This patch implements more of
 [http://www.xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0065.html XEP-0065], and allows a
 libpurple client to send files through proxies over XMPP.[[BR]]
 It fixes #1768, and maybe also #116.[[BR]]

 The proxies are hard-coded - I'm sure it would be better to move them into
 a config file of some sorts. I bet there are also more proxies that can be
 added to the list (I think Gajim has such a list we can borrow from).
