 After running pidgin for a while, I become unable to log in to my gmail
 account.

 The debug log says:

 (18:31:10) account: Connecting to account
 ethan.glasser.camp at gmail.com/Gaim
 (18:31:10) connection: Connecting. gc = 0x1793c470
 (18:31:10) dns: DNS query for 'talk.google.com' queued
 (18:31:10) dns: Could not create child process for DNS: Cannot allocate
 memory
 (18:31:10) dnsquery: Unable to create new resolver process

 (18:31:10) proxy: Connection attempt failed: Unable to create new resolver
 process

 (18:31:10) account: Disconnecting account 0x817b188
 (18:31:10) connection: Disconnecting connection 0x1793c470
 (18:31:11) connection: Destroying connection 0x1793c470


 Is there more information I can provide? This only occurs after being
 online for a few days.
