 Updated oscar_utf8.diff against 2.2.2[[BR]]
 `oscar_user_info_convert_and_add()` does nothing, allocates buffer for
 conversion, then frees, without using it. Otherwise, same as
 `oscar_user_info_convert_and_add_pair()`
