Comment (by QuLogic):

I've been looking into this, but there aren't very many clients or much
documentation for the newest version of the MSN protocol. aMSN uses
MSNP12, and there the command has been changed to SBP. Unfortunately,
using SBP for P14 just causes a disconnection.

I've been trying to sniff the changes with the official client, but I
can't seem to find anything. It could be that the new client just stopped
doing this, and relies on the buddy's message only. It could also be that
things have moved to SOAP calls (somewhat like the address book, IIRC),
which I believe are under SSL (yes?) and I'm not sure how to decode that.

In the meantime, can we get this patch applied to `im.pidgin.next.minor`,
since it seems MSNP14 isn't really ready yet?
