 Currently if disconnected from an account, the chat is disabled. Once the
 account is reconnected, to  open the chat again, you need to say "add
 chat" from the menu again.
 There are some chats I use infrequently for which I don't which to add
 them to my contacts list, but it's still annoying having to enter the
 details repeatedly.
 It would be great to have a menu option to say "re-join chat" which is
 enabled when the chat is disconnected but the account is connected
 (You can also do things like /join #channelname but this would be simpler)
