 It is natural for windows application to recognize a double click on the
 tray icon as an operation to show the hidden or a background window to the
 user. Pidgin behaves different enough in this regard to make it less
 useful. When hidden, it behaves correctly to show the window, however when
 it is merely in the background, instead of showing up the window gets
 actually hidden. This causes two doubleclicks (with a bit of think time in
 between) to show a window for some people (based on their usage habits, of
 course).
