 This patch introduces a new Gtk Widget: the tree display. This widget
 displays a tree on the left and an info pane on the right. The info pane
 is updated when the selection in the tree changes. It also modifies
 pidgin/gtkprefs.c to replace the gtknotebook with a tree display.
