 It's very annoying to see a tiny avatar in the upper-right corner, instead
 of in fullsize in the lower left corner the way I like it. However, others
 might like theirs in lower right corner or whatever. So how about a plugin
 that will allow users to see fullsize avatars (without having to hover
 over a thumbnail), or even allow them to set a maximum avatar size so that
 they can see avatars the size THEY want to. Also, of course, with an
 option to allow users to position avatars where they want it to be, if
 they wanted to see them at all. I would love to see these options
 integrated into pidgin itself, but a plugin would be perfectly fine as
 well.
