#3793: The windows version won't keep the messages in tray icon

 When I get a new message I normaly get it in the tray icon and not as a
 new window until I click on the tray icon. But when someone sends me an
 message with an non standardlised smiley or an picture the message window
 will pop up as a new windows and not be iconfied to the tray icon as
 usualy.

 This is for the windows version
