 In an ideal world I'd love to have a protocol-sensitive single-click
 smiley-toolbar.

 - I would type the common smiley like :) myself.
 - Instead of memorizing the more complex combinations, I just click a
 button on the toolbar just one time; fast, easy and straight forward.
 - Once I would configure the buttons, to not show common smilies, I
 already know or those ugly smilies, I don't want to use.
 - This must be protocol-sensitive, because I'd love to use the exact same
 smilies, that native users of that protocol see.

 As a fast and easy solution I could do with, if there was an option, to
 open the smiley window together with any conversation, keep it on top and
 not closing it until the conversation is over.
