#2952: Some users are fake-offline; show that as different from being truly

Sometimes users on e.g. the AOL network are connected but have their
client set to them being "offline". Right now, pidgin doesn't list them
in the buddy list if you don't have "Show Offline Buddies" checked.
That's not quite correct; they are on-line, they just have a particular
status. So it would be nice to have them show up in the list of online
users with a status icon indicating that status. This is confusing when
people IM me but are set "offline"; it would be nice to see that the
person IM'd me while actually online, and that there's a chance I can
 respond.

There is already a status icon for this, and with the AOL network at
least, it is easy to detect if a user is fake-offline: you can read that
user's profile. Perhaps the AIM protocol gives even more information than
 this; I haven't checked.

Please make pidgin correctly report the status of users who are online but
set their status to "offline". That would remove confusion when trying to
send messages to users who are online but have the "offline" state set.
