 I definitely think this is the best way to handle the "ignore" option for
 ICQ.  I don't know how the other protocols handle it.  Currently I ignore
 ICQ auth requests by clicking "Deny" then either cancel or the close
 button on the dialog that asks you to enter your deny reason.
