 As I said in the mail to devel. When connected is annoying the need to
 look over the timestamp on the message to know if the received IM was an
 offline or a new IM just sended.

 This patch generates PURPLE_MESSAGE_OFFLINE and the msn/oim.c adds this
 flag to the serv_got_im() so gtkconv can read the OFFLINE flag and change
 the color of the nick.

 This is over MSNP14, but I think the changes didn't conflict with
 pidgin.pidgin.

 I didn't check on other prpls.
