 When "hide empty groups" and "hide offline buddies" are enabled, when the
 last buddy logs off "hide empty groups" will hide the group before the
 buddy would normally disappear due to "hide offline buddies"--e.g. the
 time the buddy remains visible with the logging-out icon.

 Hide empty groups should wait until the group is actually empty--when the
 buddies are both offline and not showing the logging-out icon.
