 Good afternoon!

 This patch cleans up a few things regarding the Login/Registration process
 for SIMPLE accounts:

 1. The number of retries has been set as a #define rather than a hard-
 coded value.
 2. The states of the FA handling registration start/retry/completion have
 been changed to #defines rather than hard-coded values.
 3. The login process hangs if the server responds with something other
 than 200 or 401. This is fixed.
 4. The plugin attempts to unregister with the server when the account is
 closed even if it never successfully registered. This is fixed.
